任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，美术类、艺术类等设计相关专业，3年及以上互联网交互/视觉设计工作经验

2.具有产品思维，逻辑思维能力强，能独立完成整个产品原型设计

3.熟练掌握sketch、axure、PS、AI等设计工具，能清晰表达设计方案

4.良好的沟通能力、项目推进能力以及自我学习能力

5.有SaaS等B端相关设计经验者优先

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
– Partner with internal Business Units to cultivate innovative data, analytics, and AI projects 
1.Collaborate with internal Business Units to understand their business needs, gather business requirements, propose and refine solutions to deliver innovative data and IOT projects. 
2.Analyze existing data / analytics / business models within internal Business Units to deliver on the development, and architecture.
– Project Managing in data/AI/IOT related project 
3.Guide venders and developers in defining appropriate strategies and identifying resolutions to keep the projects on schedule 
4.Communicate project progress and issues to direct manager
5.Proactively identify resource constrains, risks, and conflicts that could impact the project schedule and work with team members and management to develop appropriate solutions
Ensure utilization of uniform processes and project documentation between projects including agendas, meeting minutes, monthly reports, project schedules, budgets assumptions, project plans, and product target profile documents

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor/MS in IT, Computer Science, engineering, or related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
One or more years project managing experiences in IT and data/IOT related projects
Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with scientist and venders 
Experiences in business analytics is a plus 
Understanding of Big data and cognitive services: machine learning(ML) and Data analytics preferred
Ability to write and speak in the English language
Knowledge and experience in life science and pharmaceutical company is a plus

熟悉vSphere新版本功能特性，有vSphere升级经验者优先；
熟悉SAN存储和光纤交换机设备的配置和管理；
熟悉Linux、Windows操作系统的安装和日常管理；
熟悉虚拟化及云技术的最新发展趋势，具有VMware调用虚拟化层SDK和API经验优先；
具有VCP认证者优先；
熟悉Shell, Python等语言；

岗位职责：
1.负责衔接工业大数据平台与前端的高性能数据分发；
2.负责需求分析，根据客户应用需求，规划后端架构；
3.负责后端平台的基础架构设计、开发与升级；
4.根据敏捷开发理念，规划接口文档、开发文档与测试文档。

技术要求：
1.精通Java，逻辑缜密，熟练使用RCP框架更佳；
2.具备扎实的网络开发功底，web方面经验丰富；
3.具备大数据生态下开发框架的经验，了解其工作原理，熟悉分布式存储、分布式运算相关技术；
4.精通SpringBoot，SpringCloud，Mybatis等框架，精通关系型数据库编程。

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Proactively engage business department to record, organize, analyze & prioritize business requirements 

• Regular review demand backlogs with key business contact & evaluate business impact

• Effectively collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs & process into technical terms, and vice versa.

• Responsible for solution options proposal, mock-ups to align client demands.

• Responsible for review detailed functional specifications, user interface, database interface & process flow charts to ensure demands are captured.

• Responsible for UAT test scripts & key user training to ensure requirements are deployed

• Work closely with Data team to support data mining, data modeling & other tasks allocated.




REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer science, additional education in biologics or medical related field is a plus.

Ø Minimum 5 years experiences in a multinational company. Experienced in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Ø Passion for continuous learning, adopting new techniques, collaborative team player, and open to receive & give feedbacks a must.

Ø Proficient skills in Microsoft office especially Excel, Visio, Project & Powerpoint.

Ø Excellent oral & written communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Ø Pro-active and independent to deliver.
